Annual Report 2024: from insights to impact

For over three decades, CHDR has operated as a science-driven contract research organisation (CRO) specialising in early-phase clinical drug development. As highlighted in this Annual Report, our scientists are continuously exploring innovative ways to better understand the pharmacology of new compounds. From the skin to the brain, and from immunology to pain, our research spans multiple organ systems and therapeutic areas, contributing to the development of new therapies and vaccines.

Our mission is clear: to generate robust scientific insights that lead to meaningful improvements in patients’ quality of life and successful outcomes for our clients. Achieving this mission is only possible thanks to our strong collaborative networks with academic institutions, biotech companies, and pharmaceutical partners.

This year’s report, themed From Insights to Impact, features a wide range of stories aligned with the three core pillars of our strategy: developing drugs, developing methods, and developing people. While many stories are told from CHDR’s perspective, we’ve also included interviews with clients and collaborators to offer a broader view of our work and its impact.
